How have you been dealing with them? I've been catching the ones that get into my room, but they're sort of...everywhere now.

I've been poisoning them.

[Blunt and to the point when it comes to these things]

Just soak some fabric in diluted gastropod poison, leave it somewhere, and return later to collect the corpses. It's been working fairly well for me.
